CHALLENGE
Castleblayney town centre has many vacant and underused buildings and very few properties are in use as housing.
SOLUTION
We are collaborating with Shaffrey Architects to develop and test a new mechanism for the revitalisation of the town centre as a place for living well, that can be replicated in other Irish towns.
IMPACT
We are facilitating workshops with property owners to understand their individual situations and explore the potential for groups of properties to collaborate and realise their collective potential.
