CHALLENGE
The 6 Pilot Towns of the Town Centre Living Initiative need to share findings and work together to generate more informed and developed studies and subsequent submissions to the Rural Regeneration Development Fund (RRDF).
SOLUTION
We collaborated with FreeMarket to design and deliver a workshop for the towns that used World Café dialogue techniques with props, role-playing and prioritisation exercises.
IMPACT
The workshop facilitated sharing of knowledge, collaboration with relevant disciplines and initiatives, and the co-creation of practical suggestions and steps to bring about change.
