Citizen Engagement
We engage citizens with change, including through participatory mapping projects and co-creation workshops for a diverse range of participants. Participatory mapping enables citizens to contribute their individual observations to a shared map that reveals the bigger picture, linking the local with the global, making local actions relevant, and providing a basis for change.
Future Towns & Cities
We collaborate with clients and partners on projects that explore innovative solutions to the many challenges facing towns and cities environmentally and socially. Projects to date have focused on vacancy, housing, town centre revitalisation, energy efficiency, e-mobility, participation and innovation.
Research
We undertake research relating to urban resilience and sustainability directly for clients or as part of research consortia, for example on EU H2020 projects. We have extensive experience with many methodologies and approaches including case study, grounded theory, emergent design, historical research, and action research.
Funding Proposals
We collaborate with clients and partners on funding proposals and have been successful with H2020, INTERREG, Climate KIC, socialchallenges.eu, Social Innovation Fund Ireland, and UCD funding opportunities.
